Return and exchange policy

- Our customers have the right to return or exchange any product purchased from our shop, and this applies to all products available on our site.

- A 30% deduction, or a minimum fee of 25 euros, will be applied if the customer decides they no longer want the product, provided it is free from any defects or issues as stated above.
